Actually, being I think I'm one of the few major distance runners here.
(used to be able to do 12 miles).
You do run slower when it's cold and naked. Though I've never run naked I
would consider a X-country uniform naked by AQ standards. Very small/thin
shorts and tank top. Unless you are a smart runner and get a very solid
work out before hand. Which I have never seen an adventurer do. Your
muscles clench and you can't keep the pace as hard or long.
