Proxy vote and quorum

Just talked to Rick,

I guess we may have been one voting member short of quorum last night.

As such,

I would like to proxy vote in favor of both drowning and the subsequent
amendment.

I would like to hold on to my vote for any other business that was up for
vote until the respective authors of those proposals send me a finalized
copy of the proposal  (i.e. abstain)

Jevan, what else was up for vote and what was submitted?
