Works for me.  Reason I did that is by using better materials you use
less of it and its lighter while still protecting better.  Hince why
the movement increases.  If folks want it limited to 5' boost, I'm
good with that, though I'd prefer 10'.  hell the stuff still costs
in the 10's of thousands of sp. =)
