I think it could have been done already... remember it on a "per-round"
basis. So every round you'd have to stress your strength. And then
there's the little fact that your stressing on your round may or may
not carry through to the other guys round.
Having the "defensive" (Woa, who was that masked man?) skill would provide
a template for an attacker stressing for grapple.
