Ok, did some work on the file correcting typos and such, when I re-saved
it it didn't keep the permissions set for global read and execute ... it's
fixed now

Re the "having heavy stuff" It's in there ... It's ALL in there (which is
why the proposal is problematic ... there exist rules for nearly all
concevable situations ... can YOU memorize 5-8 pages of stuff that will
only come up every second or third adventure at best?  Gotta keep our
proposals simple!)  I don't expect the sucker to make it through voting as
is, let the gm's vote to accept the pieces they like, and lemmie know what
was bad.
