I've been swamped for the last couple of weeks and haven't even had
time to document the results of my last adventure. *sigh* This would
shed some light on the direction of things to come.

Prall bosses are basically mafia mentality. They run their areas with
a steel grip. 1920s style mafia.. not 1990s. They have no problems with
putting hits on people and they work the Pralls hard. This has slacked
a bit in recent years when a Boss (Boss Holmes, a PC) started actually
paying Pralls. He got the better workers and could defend them. This led
to a couple of other Bosses following suit and we end up today with workers
being treated a little better.

During the war, Bosses and Pralls were united in a cause and the lines
were blurred some more. With the largest part of the war out of the way
certainly some bosses will try to reassert their authority. Prall will
live in interesting times for the next couple of years.
