Never. Bandaging stops wounds from getting worse. It _does not_ heal
at all. Open wounds are an invitation to infection. Covered wounds
heal faster as the body can focus on the original wound and not the
wound plus everything your opening it up to.

You don't get more DP. You use what you have more efficiently and we
increase the number gamewise to keep the math simple. What DP is is
questionably, but thats how its used :)
