Big exceiler

I didn't want to do it in one shot.  I stated that it should be done in short burst in a common direction.  The tube would be insulted so as to protect the rider.(When I say short burst I mean the normal range for an exceiler but do it so many times so as to get there)It would take a while to get there, but knowing that it would be faster than by boat would be helpful.  No it is not as fast as some other ideas, but it doesn't require major spells to do.(It would be expensive at first,but after the exceilers are built, it would not be so expensive)An elf could easily land you where it is needed in range of the exceiler. Of course the enterprising Hirudo could ship you anywhere as long as he/she/it was feed.(Trusting one is so much harder, but I can think of some reasons why a Hirudo would teleport adventures to another place, not where he/she/it is)And as it is always dark in the basement, and at least one building or structure has one on jaern, no problem.
