Just out of curiosity...why haven't more water based weapons been
developed. I've heard a lot of talk about inventing weapons that were
actually invented on earth way back when. Except Jearn isn't earth. It's a
largely water world. So why hasn't some air mage learned to use vacum and
make a pump, or a pressure hose.
