Question on new weapons.

Hmmm, question, if a player invents a new weapon, what background
does the skill use?

i.e. a Marine invents a new weapon and develops the skill for it, is the
	skill then a marine one?

What about if an Auger invents one?  What background does it take?
	Marine or Warrior?  Or does the Auger get to choose?

If a priest makes one, since they are partially combat, do they then
	get the weapon skill?

Should such weapon skills be considered restricted?  I.e. they have
to be taught by the skill maker?
