Thanks for the write-up Steve.  I've been curious about it for weeks, 
and look  forward to reading it.  As far as my comments below, I was not 
suggesting a vote, but merely stating my opinion.  I was not present 
for, nor informed of, the discussions of may and june, and don't know 
what arguements have already been voiced.
