Voted into a recommendation, and rejected. As I stated in past messages, there are circumstances they
Could occur, but no player can simply start a Hirudo.

Been over all of these arguments back in may and june and they
were voted in by a significant margin. Do we need to rehash this?
Is someone proposing that we unvote them?
