Rightio!  Accepted by majority vote does _not_ mean general 
acceptance as campaign-wide rulings.  All such votes must 
first be placed before Dan for final approval.  Or, at least, that 
is what I am recalling from our discussions on protocol at the 
GM's meetings.  I could be confused as well.
