right and i refutted his arguments giving valid reasons why cse should be
used (if any thing is indeed used) to cap mods. all i got back was yeah
but theres a bunch of other stuff involved too. well of course there is
but if your going to use the other stuff to back your view point than
please tell us what it is. the message really didn't say anyting, so i put
in a formal request.
