Hrm... I've never been a big fan of only two elements. Stats alreay
are one limitation. Bases costs of 3 and 4x would be another limitation,
I'd let the numbers limit themselves instead of an artificial limit
of two.

Hrm... already we have lay priests and maybe elves being priests
of T'or, etc... a new god? Sure, why not. Gods get born, gods
die.

Core doesn't mean sacred :) On the other hand I've seen the amount
of work people are really willing to do rather than talk about so
I don't expect any of this to go past talk. And talk is healthy.
When all is done everyone will at least have a better understanding.
