proposition for missile weapons

Proposition:
	-A modification of the currently used missile weapon ranges.

	-For each die of missile weapon skill that you make, you may
		add +25% to your range.  

The currently used ranges are listed in the current column.
The new unmodified base ranges are listed in 'new range'.
Then a breakdown of the added distance per die, and the range at 4
dice, and at 6 dice.
