They don't. Tusparol is another of those "flavor" things that fell outside
the normal system. It should be reworked as a skill and priests forced
to buy it up to at least their highest spell rank. It should, obviously,
be a very restricted skill. Perhaps within the temple of an outsider
is seen using tusparol its probably a sign from Anubis that their time
has come :)
