Meeting notes

Not everyone made it to the meeting who is on the list, so I am going to
make a habit of posting the ver batum results of teh meeting, as well as
paraphrasing of discussions.  However, I will have to do this later
because I am insanely busy.  For now, since we didn't go through the
agreed protocol of making many suggestions for voting at the next
meeting(2 weeks), except for the hand out on move through, I would like to
see the weapon list, armor, and move through thrown about.  Beyond that,
people will have to agree in advance (this week) that other stuff can be
voted on.  This is only for this week since we screwed up, and will get
fixed the next time around.
