Wright... If a majority still feels the issue worth discussing, then
certainly it is, right? Dan posted a forumula and that formula is
being printed in the manual, but if no one likes/agrees with a rule
it should be changed locally shouldn't it?

In my mind teresium is a closed issue now. But if enough people
still believe its an open issue, than it is. Part of the democratic
process... fascist :)
