Still being discussed. I wouldn't worry about any final rulings until
everyone can come to an agreement on a preliminary ruling :)

Joel looks like he's going to make an effort to keep our divergence
from making us forget about the main topics. Way to go Joel!

This one I'd actually like you to do a final determination on. Its been
played this way for a long time anyway, I'd like to see it get the nod:

Teresium drains 1 unit per round (elemantal and divine) from every creature that
is encircled by it.

The other things I think still need to be voted on by GMs before a final
writeup is presented for approval/manual inclusion.
