What? These skills are nothing something a single one of my characters
past or present has. You're way off base here. The new skills include:

Warfare Strategy: i.e. being a general.

Land Tactics: Leading foot soldiers directly. Formerly known as "Tactics"
	that many people already have.

Sea Tactics: Same as Land Tactics, but for marines and for ship use.

Logistics: how to supply folks. Also used in managing scattered operations
of commerce. Ya gots to beable to get food and supplies to
	those who need it.

Merchant: Local. The skill formerly known as Fencing/Merchant. Its
used for running a small business's books and sales.

Merchant:Regional. This skill is used for running city/large area wide
businesses. I.e. If Dutch way back when would have started opening
up Anubis Pizza's(We Deliver) all around Lojem. He or some of
his flunkies would have used this skill to keep'em goin. To keep
records straight, and to make sure he wasn't getting cheated.

Merchant:Global. This is for running the worldwide businesses that several
of the bigger characters such as Dusk, Chak, Legion Wolf, ect...
have. Knowing how to do all the little details of it. I personally
know absolutely DICK about how to even START to manage such a
financial juggernaut. This skill is the GM's cludge for it.
Factor in what you want and go with a couple of dice rolls.

The reason for these is simple. They are cludges. In the past we've
all seen these skills used by people, but in the frame of "Oh I just
get it done, I have money." This way, as Kris said, you actually have
to spend some xp and acquire some knowledge about it how to do it, or
RP finding someone with said skills.

As things stand now, I can just say "Jander has the tactical and strategic
brilliance of George Patton, and can lead anyone in to battle and do well.
Why? because X years ago he studed under General Tommy Delgado for Y time."
With the above skills you can buy up said skill and that is your knowledge
of how to do it.

I see no reason other than nit picking just to be nit picking that people
have a problem with something like that.

product is done I will post the URL to the gmlist.
