Red Dirt portals

Woa! Just heard a rumor that all portals within 200 mets of Rugtearo
got zapped? Is truth? Enquiring minds want to know? One of my adventurers
has quite a significant investment (in terms of _LOTS_ of eeps and some
money) into the floating city (Red Dirts only tourist attraction I might
point out).

And does this mean that my people on the other side of the portal trying
to figure out why it was breaking up are trapped? Hell, its possible I
might have been there overseeing the project (being possibly one of the
most informed people on the planet when it comes to otherworld portals).

And did someone track down and destroy the cause for the portals going
away so that we can put up another city with less risk? Or do we need
to get a group together and destroy it ourselves? Sheesh.
