Its dangerous to have the DP swap thing, and that happened only once where
someone magically gained 75 DP (Kelly's character). When the body swap
occurs, why not have them lose a permanant WIL like in soulhold? This
could represent the partial sundering of the soul from the physical world
when forced into a foreign body. Not much of a price for immortality...
Perhaps all the campaign is just a few old-fashioned Religious Fanatics
that see mutos and body-swappers as the new source of chaos in the world.
Not unbelievable, and more than logical (as far as those movements go).
