Wright... if your spewing a rule change that is to be galeia specific could you preface it that way in the message so I don't think that it affects me? I think there is some confusion about what is local and what isn't. Rule changes are, IMO, never local. Can't be. Armor types and pricing can be... its DVs, Movement, etc... can't be. -Steve
