RE: New Skill mods.
Perhaps you are confused on what a voting issue can be. Deciding wether I write
new material and add it to the base game is not, and will not be a voting issue.
I am always willing to listen to what people want, but like any project, this one needs
to have one vision, one direction. This is not in the spirit of 'power management',
but simply reflects the fact that Bob Blake and I wrote AQ, and over the years
cummulatively, I have put the most time into the local campaign. I don't think
you will be able to say that anyone else's opinions have been unilaterally ignored,
but with any project.... design by large committee is the death of progress as the
internal politics takes a higher and higher proportion of everyone's efforts.

There was no agreement on this. The Senior GMs got together and made
a decision, then announced it to the GM meeting the next day. Apparently
this is not, nor will it be a voting issue.
