Jaern: tectonics, etc.




	I may have to disagree. Jaern is probably quite volcanically
active, but we just may not be able to see the fruits of its labors. The
planet has innumerable little islands, archipelagoes, and the occasional
volcano, too.  These point (at least) to a history of activity. 
	On the other hand, maybe Jaern has a core composed of an
ether-magma that is sensitive to large plot points or high concentrations
of evil (uh-oh.....Mount Fajro's at it again.)
