*grin* name names. This could just be an example of player hype
becoming reality. In this case I'll assume ('cause I just asked
you) that you mean Joe's adventurer Nicodemus (or whatever he's
calling herself today). Not even close to a limitless supply and
I've never even heard the rumor of this 'knowledge of those you
kill' thing... except when he's spewing demon talk. People have
a limitless supply because GMs say they do.

Bullets. Before a recent rule change we were pumping out bullets
on a pretty constant basis. I've no doubt that our supplies are
measured in the tens of thousands. But it is the job of GMs to
put real numbers on this stuff and to then either allow it to
continue to be limitless or make people starting X-ing out the
number of bullets they have on their card.

Don't believe character hype.

Gotsta start somewhere. Anyone got a good mechanism for tracking this
kind of quantity? My suggestions:

A master item number in the description list the adventurer's
name and how many bullets they have. Whenever bullets are expended
the GM should note it and make sure they get expended from the list.
Giving someone bullets should require a GM to verify that the giver
actually has these bullets and to then record the transaction.
If bullets are produces the method of manufacture should be noted
and the item again updated.
