As far as I see it, weight has little to do with movement restriction,
given the little swimming test this weekend. The only advantage I see in
steel and adamantite, is that steel is far more malleable than iron, and
Adamantite has nearly infinite malleability since it is "unbreakable".
This is analagous to Rob's character's gold leaf plate (about 1 atom
thick) that was adamanted. I don't know how that was ruled though. For
movement increases, Kevin mentioned a huge amount of armor smithing and
anatomy skills to make more effecient plates (Maximillian Plate).
